Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account and use TaskWagon, such as your email address, profile details you choose to add, and the content you create in the product (for example tasks, comments, and workspace data). We also collect basic usage activity and device data to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain TaskWagon, authenticate users, enforce permissions, communicate with you (for example invitations and account notices), troubleshoot issues, and improve product features and performance.

Google User Data

If you connect Google services (such as Google Calendar) we access Google user data only with your explicit consent and only for the features you enable. We do not sell your Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the requested integration or as required by law.

TaskWagon’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar data is used only to operate the integration you turn on (for example showing events in the product and syncing tasks or events you explicitly choose to sync).

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is completely secure.

User Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can also disconnect Google integrations at any time through your account or workspace settings (where available).
